In my experience, a beer tastes best when reminiscing about the day’s adventures. My goal was to subvert the ‘sipping-a-beer-from-the-beachchair’ beer commercial paradigm by taking our main character on a whirlwind tour of paradise with just one sip: paradise is meant to be experienced. The creation of this project was quite memorable. It was such a blast soaring the skies with a drone and it was a bucket list experience shooting in the ocean at the Teahupoo surf break. This is a spec spot I created to show my approach to commercial and branded content, and was not commissioned by Hinano.
